How does the Luminous Renewal Mask work?

The mask combines red and nearinfrared light (660nm and 850nm wavelengths) with your skin’s natural renewal process. Used consistently, it’s designed to support visibly firmer, smoother and brighter-looking skin.

How long should each session last, and how often should I use it?

We recommend 10-minute sessions, 3–5 times a week for best results.

How soon will I see results?

Most people notice visibly smoother, more radiantlooking skin within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Individual results vary.

Is the mask suitable for all skin types?

Yes, it’s designed to be gentle enough for most skin types. If you have particularly sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend a patch test, or a quick chat with your GP or dermatologist before your first use.

What do the different light modes do?

Is it safe to use around my eyes?

The mask is designed with cut-outs for comfort around the eye area. We recommend keeping your eyes closed throughout each session and avoiding direct, prolonged contact with the light.

What’s the mask made from, and is it comfortable to wear?

The interior is made from soft, flexible silicone that moulds gently to the contours of your face, with an adjustable strap for a secure, comfortable fit.

How do I clean and store my mask?

Wipe the interior gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth after each use. Avoid submerging the mask in water. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Is there anyone who shouldn’t use this product?

We’d recommend speaking to your GP before use if you’re pregnant, have epilepsy or a history of light-sensitive conditions, are taking photosensitising medication, have had recent cosmetic procedures (such as fillers or peels), or have any active skin condition you’re unsure about.

Can I use it alongside my regular skincare routine?

Yes. We recommend using the mask on cleansed, dry skin, then following with your usual serum and moisturiser afterwards to lock in hydration.
